Richa Khandelwal Bhat is a Filmmaker and CEO of Keshava Productions Pvt. Ltd., a film production company specializing in creating inspiring, original content from India for the national and international media market. The company is currently involved in producing advertising films, TV shows, documentary films, digital media shows and feature films. Our network of some of the best industry professionals in Toronto, New York, London, Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore gives us the capability to generate stunning films for the global audience.For the company’s exemplary work, Richa has been given the professional achiever of the year award in 2018 by eMERG. She has been among the 40 women entrepreneurs select by Walmart for its prestigious Women Entrepreneur Develop Program 3.0.Richa and her company, Keshava Productions Pvt. Ltd. have been associated with business film production for companies like Walmart, ITC, Government of Karnataka, Mphasis, FKCCI, WEConnect International, Asian Paints, The Indian Air Force, Winktales, Decathlon, Ants Consulting & Services Pvt. Ltd., eMERG, Pedicon India, MoBetta Films – New York and many more.Before moving to India in 2012, Richa worked as a Television Producer for the multi-million dollar historic American theatre, Proctors in Upstate New York. Prior to that, she lived and worked in Canada, where her 1-hour documentary film, Canada Curry, won the Special Jury Award at TV Cogeco’s Star Awards. Her first short film, Aatma, won the Best Documentary Award at Millbrook International 3-Minute Film Festival in Canada.For three years before moving to North America, Richa worked as a television reporter and news anchor for Sahara Samay News Channel, India. She also worked as a freelance reporter for the Hindustan Times – India’s leading national daily. In her 7 years in the Toronto neighborhood, she wrote a column for the Peterborough Examiner and also worked on a number of independent film projects with filmmakers in Toronto and New York.Richa has completed with Distinction a certificate course in Feature Film Writing at the University of California in LA and in Creative Writing at Trent University, Canada. She is a sports freak and loves to play table tennis, basketball, badminton and to swim. She loves dancing and has a Diploma in Kathak Dance.
Manju Khandelwal

Mrs. Manju Khandelwal is the founder of Manju Creations, a designer boutique hiring over 100 handicraft workers around remote villages and smaller towns around the country. She is a Gold Medalist from Home Science Institute, Agra. She has spent many years volunteering at Matru Chaya, Seva Bharati, Delhi. She is a successful entrepreneur with a client base from Kashmir to Bangalore to New York. She is known for her exemplary handcrafted outfits, pragmatic approach to business and her passion for creating work opportunities for the handicraft workers around the country.
Her unmatched creative talent, ability to make the to maximise utilisation of resources and keen acumen for business has led to her success. As the Director of Narayana’s Bharat, she provides the vision, mentorship and guidance for our product business and the range of unique designs that are manufactured by artisans all over the country. She also mentors Narayana’s Kids, our children’s department and guides them in creative activities.
Dinesh Khandelwal

Dinesh Khandelwal is an astute entrepreneur with 50 years of experience in business ventures in a variety of industries. As Vice President of Saraswati Bal Vidya Mandir, he has been mentoring the management of 40 schools around Delhi. The schools are a part of Vidya Bharati, one of the biggest educational institutions in the world, that runs 30,000 schools globally.
As the son of renowned social activist, Sri Jai Narayan Khandelwal (Methi), he has lived a life in close proximity of social entrepreneurs and has a strong belief in Sabko Shiksha Sabko Kaam.
